About The Position

The Supply Chain Associate (SCA) is a vital role within the supply chain operations, responsible for ensuring efficient and organized processes across various procedural areas in a healthcare setting. This position requires flexibility to cover overnight and weekend shifts, focusing on inventory management and support for patient care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of previous inventory/operational systems experience
• Window-based computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function independently
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• Ability to utilize elevators and move up to 50 lbs of supplies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management for perpetual and procedural areas, clean supply room, bedside carts, hemorrhage carts, and loading dock.
• Restock and manage inventory levels to ensure supplies are readily available for patient care.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness for all supply chain areas.
• Conduct monthly expiration sweeps.
• Accurate picks and preparation of perpetual supplies for various service areas.
• Receiving various inbound shipments, ensuring the custody of packages.
• Engage with Supply Chain Leaders and Clinical Leaders to maintain adequate inventory levels for patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
