About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst - SAP ERP will play a crucial role in supporting the ERP business processes for the Cell Therapy External Manufacturing Operations. This position involves preparing business requirement documents, ensuring clarity and testability of requirements, and articulating them into UAT scripts. The role requires collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders and demands adaptability to the dynamic nature of cell therapy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business requirement documents for ERP systems.
- Articulate requirements into UAT scripts.
- Support the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions.
- Conduct analysis workshops and UAT planning and execution.
- Collaborate with IT, Project Management, Business Delivery, Supply Chain, Patient Operations, and Finance teams.
- Manage pre-post go-live tasks for ERP implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization.
- Knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical Implementation and rollout experience in SAP S4 HANA.
- Involvement in 3 full life-cycle ERP implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Sub-Contracting Process.
- Experience with HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
