About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst for SAP ERP plays a crucial role within the Cell Therapy Vector & External Manufacturing Operations (VEXMO) organization. This position focuses on supporting the ERP business processes for the external network, ensuring that business requirements are well-documented and testable. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, adapting to the dynamic nature of cell therapy while providing structured support for both commercial and clinical phase assets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business requirement documents that are concise, clear, and testable.
- Articulate requirements into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
- Support the rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops and UAT planning.
- Execute UAT and deployment activities, including pre- and post-go-live tasks.
- Work hands-on with SAP ICO Supply Chain solutions in the S4 HANA environment, including planning and procurement processes.
- Manage logistics execution processes, including inbound and outbound delivery and vendor invoice processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Project Management, Business Delivery, Supply Chain, Patient Operations, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization with knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical.
- Implementation and rollout experience in SAP S4 HANA.
- Familiarity with the HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
- Familiarity with the Sub-Contracting Process.
