About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst- SAP ERP role at Stage 4 Solutions involves working with a global pharmaceutical company to support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4 Business solutions. The position requires preparing business requirement documents, articulating requirements into UAT scripts, and understanding SAP Master Data. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changes in the cell therapy landscape, and involves collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions including analysis workshops, UAT Planning, UAT executions, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Project Management, Business Delivery, Supply Chain, Patient Operations, and Finance.
- Prepare business requirement documents ensuring they are concise, clear, and testable.
- Articulate requirements into UAT scripts and understand SAP Master Data.
- Involved in pre-post go-live tasks for both Commercial & Clinical phase assets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization with knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical.
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning, Master Data, and SAP ERP Implementation and rollout in SAP S4 HANA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions in S4 Hana environment including ICO Planning & Procurement process.
- Familiarity with logistics execution processes including inbound and outbound delivery, PO return process, and vendor invoice processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

- Familiar with the HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
