About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst- SAP ERP role at Innova Solutions involves preparing business requirement documents, ensuring clarity and testability of requirements, and articulating them into UAT scripts. The position requires expertise in SAP Master Data and experience in full life-cycle ERP implementations, particularly in the biopharmaceutical sector. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders across commercial and clinical phases, adapting to the dynamic nature of cell therapy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business requirement documents that are concise, clear, and testable.
- Articulate requirements into UAT scripts.
- Understand SAP Master Data and its applications.
- Support the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops and UAT planning.
- Execute UAT and deployment activities, including pre-post go-live tasks.
- Work hands-on with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions in an S4 Hana environment.
- Manage ICO Planning & Procurement processes including Forecast, MPS & MRP, and Inventory management.
- Oversee Logistics Execution processes including Inbound and Outbound delivery, and Vendor Invoice processing.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization.
- Knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical processes.
- Implementation and rollout experience in SAP S4 HANA.
- Familiarity with HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Sub-Contracting Process.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ICO Supply chain solutions.
