About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst - SAP ERP plays a crucial role in supporting the ERP business processes for the Cell Therapy External Manufacturing Operations. This position involves preparing business requirement documents, articulating requirements into UAT scripts, and ensuring clarity and testability of requirements. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, focusing on supply chain planning and operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business requirement documents for ERP processes.
- Articulate requirements into UAT scripts.
- Support the rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions.
- Conduct analysis workshops and UAT planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Project Management, and Finance.
- Manage supply chain processes including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization.
- Knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations and rollouts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with HP ALM tool for test planning and execution.
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
