About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst for SAP ERP is a key role within the Cell Therapy Vector & External Manufacturing Operations (VEXMO) organization. This position focuses on supporting the ERP business processes for the external network, ensuring that business requirements are clearly articulated and testable. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, adapting to the dynamic nature of cell therapy operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business requirement documents that are concise, clear, and testable.
- Articulate requirements into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
- Support the rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops and UAT planning and execution.
- Engage in deployment activities, including pre- and post-go-live tasks.
- Work hands-on with SAP ICO Supply Chain solutions in the S4 HANA environment, including planning and procurement processes.
- Manage inventory and logistics execution, including inbound and outbound delivery processes.
- Process purchase orders, subcontracting, and vendor invoices.
- Integrate with 3PL using IDoc interface and handle intercompany invoice processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization with knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical.
- Implementation and rollout experience in SAP S4 HANA.
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with the Client ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Experience with forecasting, MPS, and MRP processes.
- Knowledge of planned orders and purchase requisitions.
