About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst position at a leading pharmaceutical company involves supporting the rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions. The role requires expertise in supply chain planning, master data management, and SAP ERP systems, particularly in a biopharmaceutical context. The analyst will engage in various activities including analysis workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment tasks, while also working hands-on with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions including analysis workshops, UAT planning, UAT executions, and deployment activities.
- Work hands-on with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions in the S4 Hana environment, including ICO Planning & Procurement processes.
- Manage forecast, MPS & MRP planned orders, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Oversee inventory management and logistics execution for inbound and outbound delivery processes.
- Handle PO return processes and 3PL integration with IDoc interface.
- Process intercompany invoices and logistics invoice verification.
- Manage vendor invoice processing and subcontracting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
- Experience in supply chain planning and master data management.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge of the subcontracting process and HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
