About the position

The Supply Chain Business Analyst position at a leading pharmaceutical company involves supporting the rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions. The role requires expertise in supply chain planning, master data management, and SAP ERP systems, particularly in a biopharmaceutical context. The ideal candidate will engage in various activities including analysis workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment tasks, while also working hands-on with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops, UAT planning, UAT executions, and deployment activities.
• Work hands-on for the SAP ICO Supply chain solutions in the S4 Hana environment.
• Manage ICO Planning & Procurement processes, including Forecast, MPS & MRP, Planned Order & Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders.
• Oversee Inventory management and Logistics Execution, including Inbound and Outbound delivery processes and PO Return processes.
• Integrate 3PL with IDoc interface and handle Intercompany Invoice Processing and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Process Vendor Invoices and ensure familiarity with the Sub-Contracting Process.
• Utilize the HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
• Engage in technology software integrations and program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Master Data, and SAP ERP.
• Familiarity with Sub-Contracting Process and HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
• Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
