About the position
The Supply Chain Business Analyst role at a leading pharmaceutical company involves supporting the implementation and rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions. The position requires a strong background in supply chain planning, master data management, and SAP ERP, with a focus on biopharmaceutical clinical and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including analysis workshops, UAT Planning, UAT executions, and deployment activities.
- Work hands-on with SAP ICO Supply chain solutions in an S4 Hana environment, including ICO Planning & Procurement processes.
- Manage forecasting, MPS & MRP, planned orders, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Oversee inventory management and logistics execution, including inbound and outbound delivery processes.
- Handle PO return processes and 3PL integration with IDoc interface.
- Process intercompany invoices and logistics invoices, including vendor invoice processing.
- Utilize the HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Master Data management.
- Familiarity with the Sub-Contracting Process.
- Proficiency in the HP ALM tool for test planning and executions.
- Experience in technology software integrations and program delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
