About the position

The Supply Chain Capacity Analyst will support the Account Enforcement processes by generating insights and ensuring compliance with pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves collaboration with internal teams to procure approvals, resolve issues, and improve processes through data-driven analytics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of insight generation tasks to support the Account Enforcement processes, satisfying pre-defined SLA's.
• Work with individuals internally to procure necessary approvals, create and fulfill business requests.
• Apply business judgement to determine the severity and resolution path for independently identified issues.
• Proactively escalate areas for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, establishing standard operating procedures.
• Provide data-driven analytics and support to business partners in quantifying and resolving issues.
• Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
