About the position

The Supply Chain Category Analyst at Empire Cat is responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring a high level of service in the Mesa Client Services Building. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including Parts, Service, and Rental, to meet client needs and expectations. The analyst will gain knowledge of operations across different markets and departments, develop relationships with key personnel, and take on projects that prepare them for potential supervisory roles in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage client walk-in traffic and ensure immediate acknowledgment and assistance.
• Collaborate with Parts personnel to direct clients to the appropriate resources.
• Assist with will call and other parts requests as needed.
• Work with Service Advisors and Rental Coordinators to fulfill client expectations.
• Develop knowledge of inventory control processes and maintain stock levels for displays.
• Build relationships with key managers and supervisors across departments.
• Complete assigned projects satisfactorily and on time.
• Participate in training classes and client follow-up calls as needed.
• Promote corporate values and adhere to safety policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software systems.
