About the position

The Supply Chain Category Analyst at Empire Cat is responsible for managing client interactions at the Mesa Client Services Building, ensuring that all client needs related to parts, service, and rentals are met with professionalism. This role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency, while also providing opportunities for career advancement into supervisory roles within the Product Support area.

Responsibilities

• Manage client walk-in traffic and ensure immediate acknowledgment of their needs.
• Direct clients to appropriate personnel for parts, service, or rental inquiries.
• Assist with will call and other parts requests as needed.
• Work with Service Advisors and Rental Coordinators to meet client expectations.
• Develop relationships with key personnel across departments to facilitate service-related inquiries.
• Gain knowledge of inventory control processes and maintain stock levels for displays.
• Complete assigned projects satisfactorily and on time.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and long shifts, as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong computer skills for completing assigned responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to motivate a work group and achieve desired results.
• Knowledge of DBS, WMS, SPI, and SIS systems is essential.
• Ability to meet safety requirements and use safety equipment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in client services or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with construction, mining, agriculture, and governmental markets.
