About the position

The Supply Chain & Customer Success Specialist at AccruePartners is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring effective communication with customers, and collaborating with international teams to meet business needs. This role focuses on tracking shipments, resolving issues, and supporting warehouse operations, all while utilizing ERP systems for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including receiving purchase orders and tracking shipments from Asia.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the supply chain process while utilizing ERP systems.
  • Communicate daily with a customer base of approximately 30, providing timely updates and support for all supply chain inquiries.
  • Collaborate with international teams to manage lead times, customs requirements, and product cash flow.
  • Assist with warehouse coordination for timely shipment loading and support accounts payable by processing invoices.

Requirements
