About the position

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support purchasing operations within the North America Supply and Inventory team, ensuring efficient product delivery to the marketplace. This role involves data analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the execution of strategies to optimize supply chain processes, all while maintaining high standards and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of products to the marketplace.
• Analyze data, identify actionable insights, and determine next steps to address supply chain challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory and purchase order issues while maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Support strategies from internal partners to optimize supply chain operations and shape the marketplace.
• Work closely with consumer planners to report post-buy results and resolve any related issues.
• Execute tasks to ensure supply delivery and product manufacturing timelines are met.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to problem-solve in dynamic situations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity with a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, including end-to-end sales and purchase order management.
• Background in supply chain and operations.
• Strong communication skills and curiosity, with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
