Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for stakeholders using Power BI.
• Drive execution and analytics initiatives by leading regular reviews on performance metrics for the supply base.
• Utilize Power BI to create reports and data visualizations, modifying existing dashboards as needed.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and key performance indicators to guide supply chain strategies.
• Ensure best practices in data usability and reporting are followed.
• Build strategies to leverage data for efficiency and savings.
• Develop best practices for Supply Chain activities and support them through documentation and training.
• Assess alternative analytics proposals and make recommendations to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement by solving supply chain challenges through data analysis and innovation.
• Analyze and drive value from data using various analytics approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field emphasizing data analysis and visualization or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain with knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL with a strong understanding of database systems.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python and Scala.
• Strong skills in analytical tools like Power BI and Real-Time Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Operations environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Infor LN ERP and LN ION workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows.
