About the position

The Demand Planning Analyst at TEKsystems is responsible for managing short-term deployment plans from production facilities to warehouses, ensuring that customer demand is met efficiently. This role requires strong communication and coordination across various functions, including Operations, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and Procurement, while maintaining inventory health strategies and standardizing supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term deployment plans from production facilities to warehouse networks to meet customer demand.
• Communicate with volume planners and plants to confirm proper finished good setups for production and warehouses.
• Oversee inventory health strategies and ensure proper SAP setups affecting production and inventory movement.
• Identify and standardize supply chain best practices across all locations.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations to ensure product availability for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in an operations/supply chain role, with at least 1 year in inventory control, preferably in the food or food ingredient industry.
• Advanced Excel and Access (or other database tool) skills are required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and LX.
• Experience in OMP and SAP is a plus.
