The Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) at Kimberly-Clark is a comprehensive and structured initiative designed to launch and advance your career in supply chain management. This program spans three years and includes three rotational assignments, each lasting 12 months, across various locations in the United States. Participants will gain hands-on experience in key supply chain functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution, and Procurement. The program is tailored to provide a deep understanding of supply chain processes and procedures, while also exposing participants to critical areas like Safety, Quality, Transportation, LEAN/Operational Excellence, and SAP. Throughout the SCDP, participants will engage in structured personal and professional development sessions aimed at building foundational skills in supply chain management. The program emphasizes cross-functional experience, allowing participants to explore different roles early in their careers, thereby maximizing their potential for future opportunities within the organization.
