The Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) at Kimberly-Clark is a comprehensive and structured initiative designed to launch and advance your career in supply chain management. This program spans three years and includes three rotational assignments, each lasting 12 months, across various locations in the United States. Participants will gain hands-on experience in key supply chain functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution, and Procurement.
