About the position

The Supply Chain E2E Planning & Execution Manager at Accenture is responsible for driving excellence in supply chain planning practices for Fortune 500 clients. This role involves providing strategic guidance, managing client engagements, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance Omnichannel capabilities. The manager will oversee the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and leveraging Accenture's methodologies to achieve transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across industries.
  • Shape client's planning transformation vision and journey from current state to a 'to-be' enterprise environment.
  • Provide point-of-view on supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions and operating models.
  • Help develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership.
  • Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions to clients.
  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunities.
  • Manage medium to large sized eco-system partner Business Solution teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in scoping and delivering Planning strategies and operating model design.
  • Transformation Management experience.
  • Business Case Development and Financial Assessment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • If Associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Experience in building and developing relationships and overseeing complex programs.
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Functional-level understanding of technology solutions.
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
