About the position

As the Supply Chain Planning Consulting Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain planning practices for our clients. This position requires you to provide strategic guidance and manage client engagements, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that unlock Omnichannel capabilities. You will be responsible for creating thought leadership in supply chain planning across various industries, shaping clients' transformation visions, and guiding them from their current state to a desired future state. Your expertise will be crucial in providing insights on supply chain solutions, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses, and ensuring that senior client leaders are aligned with the recommended strategies. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, leveraging Accenture's proven methodologies. You will also contribute to the expansion of the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio by identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing medium to large-sized ecosystem partner Business Solution teams, serving as the chief planner for end-to-end planning delivery, and collaborating with partners such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and Aera Technologies. This position is not only about managing projects but also about driving transformation and innovation in supply chain management, making it a critical role within our consulting practice.

Responsibilities

• Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across industries.
• Shape client's planning transformation vision, focus areas and journey from the current state to a 'to-be' enterprise environment.
• Provide point-of-view on supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.
• Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions, process and operating model by leveraging Accenture's implementation methodology.
• Help to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.
• Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Manage medium to large sized eco-system partner Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Serve as the chief planner/architect for end to end planning delivery with eco-system partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in scoping and delivering Planning strategies, operating model design in transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and experience in transformation management, business case development, and financial assessment.

• Experience with supply chain planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and Aera Technologies.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and engagements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
