About the position

The Supply Chain E2E Planning & Execution Manager at Accenture is responsible for driving excellence in supply chain planning practices for clients. This role involves providing strategic guidance, managing client engagements, and delivering solutions that enhance Omnichannel capabilities. The manager will create thought leadership in supply chain planning, oversee the design and implementation of solutions, and collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure successful transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across industries.
  • Shape client's planning transformation vision and journey from current state to a 'to-be' enterprise environment.
  • Provide insights on supply chain solutions to meet transformational goals, including strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions and operating models using Accenture's methodology.
  • Develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.
  • Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions to clients.
  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunities.
  • Manage medium to large sized eco-system partner Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
  • Serve as the chief planner/architect for end-to-end planning delivery with eco-system partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in scoping and delivering Planning strategies and operating model design in transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions.
  • Experience in Transformation Management and Business Case Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • If Associate's degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and leadership experience overseeing complex programs.
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Functional-level understanding of technology solutions.
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
