The Supply Chain Engineer Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is a pivotal role within the Supply Chain Organization, responsible for leading a team of experienced engineers across various disciplines. Mentoring and leadership development will be key components of this role, as the manager will be responsible for creating future leaders within the team. The position also involves overseeing the development of process flows, tooling and equipment, material handling, and improvements in cost and quality. The manager will coordinate with both internal and external organizations to ensure that supply chain improvements are effectively implemented. Budget management is another critical aspect, as the manager will develop and monitor budget requirements, controlling expenditures to meet approved budgets.
