About the position

The Supply Chain Execution Specialist & Project Manager will support end-to-end Supply & Inventory Planning for a designated category of products. This role serves as the primary point of contact for inventory planning and purchasing needs, ensuring products are planned effectively while evaluating risks and opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive business results and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive optimization within the global supply chain framework including strategy execution and process digitalization.
  • Ensure execution of global guidelines and frameworks, including Master data and Global Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Support continuous improvement of the global supply chain framework.
  • Act as the local Supply Chain Execution counterpart for phase-in project management.
  • Work cross-functionally on a global team including sourcing, procurement, and product teams.
  • Manage inventory analytics and improve net working capital continuously.
  • Execute defined standards and perform inventory management tasks.
  • Lead local and global projects on SAP systems improvement and process digitalization.
  • Analyze local Supply Chain KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning experience.
  • At least 2 years of international purchasing/planning and managing inventory at multiple locations.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP.

Nice-to-haves

  • Microsoft Power Business Intelligence experience preferred.
