The Supply Chain Fleet Maintenance Manager at PepsiCo is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing fleet operations across multiple sites. This position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading safety initiatives while managing a significant fleet budget and a team of technicians. The role requires a dynamic leader who can drive transformation and sustainability initiatives within the fleet management sector, contributing to the overall performance of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives to reduce injuries and provide safety training for the team.
• Improve operational readiness with End-to-End Asset Management and provide world-class fleet service support.
• Manage all regulatory compliance including DOT, EPA, and internal audits.
• Lead PepsiCo fleet productivity by focusing on core initiatives and unlocking productivity through transformation.
• Enhance employee experience and satisfaction by building a high-performing team.
• Deliver long-term sustainability goals by decarbonizing the fleet and executing fuel conservation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years previous experience in Fleet Maintenance, transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
• 5+ years in Management including building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of DOT Guidelines and private fleet operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Teams.
