About the position
The Supply Chain Implementation Specialist at Froedtert Health is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new products and services, ensuring compliance with contract commitments, and facilitating communication between clinical and business units. This hybrid role requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to work independently while managing a heavy workload in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement new products and services as well as conversions in the supply chain.
- Ensure contract commitments are met through compliance and follow-up.
- Collect, compile, and report input from clinical and business units regarding evaluations and product trial results.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Leadership, Froedtert Health Departments, Clinicians, and Key Suppliers to meet implementation and savings deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Supply Chain Management is required.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of related experience in supply chain is required.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience interpreting large data sets.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Infor's Supply Chain Management Module or Financial Management Module.
- Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations contracting in a healthcare environment.
