About the position

The Supply Chain Leader at Landscape Forms is responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain Analysts to ensure on-time delivery, drive continuous improvement, and achieve organizational goals. This role involves crafting and executing strategic commodity plans, nurturing team talent, and fostering a collaborative culture within the organization. The leader will also focus on building strong supplier relationships and supporting product launches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time performance by ensuring supplier delivery and quality metrics are met.
• Identify and proactively address supplier capacity constraints.
• Support custom projects and new product development, including timelines and resource assignments.
• Develop strategies for strategic commodity management that align with supply needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive profitability and refine processes.
• Champion continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain team.
• Manage supplier resources and capacities to align with organizational growth.
• Advocate for capital requests to strengthen supply robustness and achieve operational KPIs.
• Foster professional growth and engagement among team members.
• Collaborate across teams to refine processes that improve efficiency and support business growth.
• Ensure safety and compliance by addressing safety issues and adhering to guidelines.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Integrated Supply, or related Supply Chain programs.
• 5-10 years of experience in planning, logistics, production scheduling, or inventory control.
• Strong communication skills to drive accountability across teams.
• A history of problem-solving and progressive advancement in Supply Chain management or related business systems.
