As the Procurement Engineering Senior Manager, you'll support the Global Supply Chain organization concentrating on Supplier Performance Management, toward the execution of Aeronautics business commitments. Areas of concentration include Supplier Performance Assessment, Capacity Analysis of Suppliers, Risk Management & Data Analytics; and Procurement Engineering. Supplier Capacity assessment and capacity modeling to meet demand and rate readiness are key responsibilities. You will engage with other functional resources, such as Systems Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Industrial Engineers, to gain greater insight into the interdependencies of the supplier technical performance and product requirements. This position will evolve current work methods using integrated data analytics and management systems ensuring timely statistical prediction and identification of obstructions in the supply chain affecting production/sustainment producibility and mission execution. You will confirm technical support teams required to improve supplier quality and delivery performance, lead the supplier capacity analysis and assessments required to meet F-35 and sustainment ramp-up in addition to legacy programs. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and maintain an integrated supplier quality rating system in coordination with Supplier Quality. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the success of our aeronautics programs.
