The Supply Chain Manager, Agility will play a pivotal role in organizing and managing large or strategically important programs and activities for the North America Supply Chain business unit at Kenvue. This position is essential for developing both short and long-term programs that align with the Supply Chain Operating Model. The manager will be responsible for creating and managing goals and initiatives that drive agility within the business unit, ensuring that all efforts are coordinated effectively among team members and stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on project management to deliver work-streams, initiatives, and projects according to established plans. In this capacity, the Agility Manager will be tasked with driving the agility program in alignment with regional and global strategies. This includes developing evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, as well as writing program funding proposals to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. The manager will also be responsible for meeting goals related to customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance, while managing changes and interventions to achieve project objectives. Effective stakeholder communication is crucial, as the manager will need to address project issues and decisions regarding services. The role also involves producing accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle, analyzing program risks, and collaborating with cross-functional senior leadership. The manager will partner with various teams, including Plan, Make, and Source, to enhance agility across the supply chain, utilizing continuous improvement tools to optimize lead times and manage shared manufacturing assets and capacity. Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will develop and implement the Agility Strategy throughout North America as part of the Customer Reliability efforts, focusing on creating supply chain solutions that reduce costs and improve profitability. This includes designing supply chains that can adapt to unpredictable demand for a variety of product variants and leading the development of supply chain capabilities necessary to achieve the desired level of agility within the organization.
