The Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Business Operations plays a crucial role in optimizing and managing the supply chain for Amazon Business. This position focuses on strategy and planning for profitability and efficiency in pallet fulfillment infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across complex international supply chains. The role involves analyzing data, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define supply chain and operating models for various businesses
  • Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chains and multiple operations
  • Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
  • Support the planning and organization of complex projects
  • Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and address operational challenges
  • Build processes, project management, and schedules

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
