About the position

The Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Business Operations plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the global supply chain for Amazon Business. This position focuses on fulfillment consolidation planning, ensuring efficient delivery of customer items while enhancing customer experience and achieving cost savings. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual goal setting and subsequent execution and reporting to meet annual goals.
• Conduct weekly and quarterly business reviews with senior leaders to ensure high-quality reviews and thorough follow-through of any action items resulting from them.
• Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with a significant impact across multiple organizations.
• Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
