We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV): Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies in MI, Galesburg. Lead efforts within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met from end to end in each of the supply chains. Inventory Management and Optimization: Use analytics and algorithms to determine the optimal level of inventory investment across the end-to-end supply chain within specific constraints (warehouse space, customer delivery, etc.); provide guidance and expertise on planning parameter refinement; develop inventory strategies to support Eaton Cummins' strategy and not just a business unit strategy. Material Planning: Use advanced tools (e.g., Advanced Planning Command Centre, Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards, etc.) to make decisions related to parts availability, inventory optimization, and root cause analysis. Materials KPI Management: Operate in relation to recent or historical outputs as compared to expectations of the organization to determine next steps to drive improvement; assess gaps in supply chain performance against the expectation of achieving target deliverables; interpret KPIs to understand end-customer impact; strategically balance trade-offs to influence one KPI while minimizing the impact on others. Supply Chain Knowledge: Influence, with the ability to concisely explain and/or elaborate on, the multi-disciplined and end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services to achieve the desired result for the end customer within the first-fit or aftermarket business segments while balancing the tensions of inventory, cost, and delivery.
