Come work on the Amazon Grocery Logistics DSP Delivery Strategy Team. In this role, the leader will help to scope and define areas of opportunity to optimize the delivery strategy for e-bike grocery deliveries in New York City. This role entails overseeing quality metrics and collaborating with external DSP partners and internal stakeholders to enhance and develop scalable solutions, processes, and tools aimed at improving the customer experience in New York. The responsibilities include helping define the roadmap for AGL Operations in NYC, driving the business to perform in key customer metrics, and developing mechanisms and reports to provide visibility and progress on improving customer experience and cost in NYC. The role also involves developing the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver. You will be expected to solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks. Working autonomously in an ambiguous environment, you will seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions. Additionally, you will work with program managers, business leaders, and executive teams to communicate and impact critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
