About the position

As a Supply Chain Manager within Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) at Amazon, you will oversee supply chain planning for the fulfillment business, focusing on inventory optimization, transportation costs, and labor capacity management. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer focus
• Make sound business judgments to drive both tactical and strategic improvements
• Own programmatic execution at both detailed and strategic levels
• Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain
• Create, develop, and drive solutions for a richer end-to-end customer experience
• Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
• Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity
• Data mine using SQL/Python to influence key business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, including compiling queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, and data modification
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience in supply chain
