About the position

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll be a driving force behind our tabletop game end-to-end (E2E) execution. Your role transcends functional expertise; it is about influence, action, and elevating critical thinking. You will proactively identify opportunities, streamline processes, and implement best practices—taking initiative rather than waiting for directives. Your responsibilities will include diving into the details of production and material lead times, capacity, demand fluctuations, and game release schedules. From printing game components to distributing them to our customers, you will optimize every step of the supply chain process, with your sleeves rolled up. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and commercial teams, to set shared goals seamlessly. Join us in shaping the future of Wizards' Supply Chain organization!
