About the position

The Supply Chain Manager at KEX Express is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including vendor management, warehouse fulfillment, and distribution. This role focuses on strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure optimal service levels.
• Analyze supply chain processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability, conducting regular audits, and optimizing stock management processes.
• Oversee logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and headquarters to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business needs.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse fulfillment, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
