About the position

Kerry Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its facility located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, WI 53511. This role is pivotal in overseeing the supply chain function across nine sites in the U.S., supporting a volume delivery of 154 million grain gallons and facilitating capacity growth of over 20%. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the supply chain strategy for the company, which has an annual revenue exceeding 100 million dollars. This position involves day-to-day management of both direct and indirect supply chain teams, ensuring effective supply planning, demand management, inventory management, and strategic project execution. The Supply Chain Manager will lead the supply chain team in delivering a feasible supply plan that meets customer expectations while managing a set of supply chain KPIs. This includes developing and integrating recommended planning processes into standardized operations, managing various aspects of supply chain activities, and driving process improvements to ensure value-added services to the business. The role requires collaboration with functional leads and plant managers to enhance communication and identify cost-reduction opportunities, as well as managing the monthly supply review for the sites. In addition to overseeing the supply chain operations, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for KPI setting for team members, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, and contributing to the overall organizational strategy. The position also involves budget approval and policy development, making it a critical role within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the supply chain function across nine sites in the U.S.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and manage monthly supply reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, ICT, Finance or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in SAP Implementation, Supply Chain, Procurement, ICT, Finance or related occupation.
  • Experience utilizing SAP and similar processes to manage worksite plants.
  • Project Management experience with ad hoc projects.
  • Experience in Supply and Scenario Planning for production and capacity requirements.
  • Experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting for sourcing raw materials.
  • Experience in Inventory forecasting to reduce inventory levels.
  • Experience in Capacity Planning for risk assessment and understanding capacity.
  • Experience in Logistics and transport planning for timely shipment of products.
