Requirements

• Six months of experience in a customer service, distribution, or logistics position.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Experience using internet and email applications.
• Demonstrated ability to practice safe work behaviors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Work experience in a Lean Six Sigma environment.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and scheduling applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive designated products using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and various equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Handle and stock products while maintaining inventory integrity and complying with safety requirements.
• Follow outlined procedures for picking orders within Fulfillment Center operations.
• Pack, label, and load products for shipping, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve Fulfillment Center objectives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and other team initiatives to improve operations.
• Adhere to safety practices and regulations, including proper handling and lifting techniques.
