About the position

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst II at CEVA Logistics plays a crucial role in providing complex logistics and supply chain operations support. This position involves developing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external customers. The analyst is responsible for identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and presenting solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing.
• Performs calculations, analyses, and audits of financial and operational results.
• Reviews operational or transportation details to identify potential areas for improvement and presents innovative solutions.
• Ensures the accuracy of databases and reports through audits and operational reviews.
• Develops proposals or presentations for customers or management on operations and proposed solutions.
• Creates complex metrics and goals for programs and presents information to stakeholders.
• Reviews operational claims and performs root cause analysis to determine responsible parties.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations in operations.
• Monitors operations and proactively identifies potential programs for resolution.
• Communicates timely updates to customers and resolves operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to apply professional principles and practices related to transportation and logistics.
• Understanding of complex transportation and logistics principles.
• Experience with systems and databases for logistics management.
• Ability to develop complex analytics, reports, and communications.
• Capable of determining metrics for logistics programs.
• Experience in reviewing operational claims and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills for complex logistics information.
