About The Position
CEVA Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative logistics solutions to our supply chain customers. In this position, you will manage complex reporting requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, focusing on performance, compliance, and invoicing. Your responsibilities will include developing and analyzing information as needed, performing various calculations, and auditing financial and operational results, all while applying complex supply chain principles. You will also be responsible for reviewing intricate operational or transportation details to identify potential areas for improvement, savings, or efficiency, and providing innovative solutions to enhance our operations. Ensuring data integrity will be a key part of your role, as you will oversee the accuracy of complex databases and reports through audits, queries, and operational reviews, investigating and resolving discrepancies as they arise. In addition, you will develop complex metrics and goals for various programs, presenting information to internal or external customers and preparing templates to ensure that operations meet expectations. You will review operational claims, failures, or damages, performing root cause analyses to determine responsible parties and presenting findings to leaders or customers. Compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations will also be a critical aspect of your role, requiring you to seek advice and interpretation when necessary. Finally, you will assist in reviewing and responding to complex customer requests, applying transportation principles and providing professional support as needed.
