The Supply Chain Operations Clerk at CEVA Logistics plays a crucial role in supporting supply chain operations by executing essential clerical duties. Responsibilities

• Reconciling inventory records across multiple systems and with physical inventory.
• Generating reports on a regular cadence using Microsoft Excel.
• Leveraging systemic data points to communicate with floor operations teams in real time.
• Logging issues and root causes found during reconciliation into a centralized file for leadership review.
• Escalating issues to supervisors or management when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation (virtual/physical mismatch corrections).
• Attention to detail and strong ability to read and interpret data.
• Strong multitasking and general computer literacy.
• Pattern recognition skills.
• High integrity.
