Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts of material.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and laboratory personnel to update shelf-life tagging.
• Assist with monthly inventory auditing.
• Perform initial tagging/counts of materials needing contract transferred.
• Perform receiving duties such as auditing, preparing, and verifying paperwork as necessary.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• May be cross-trained and perform in other areas of Supply Chain.
• Ensure company receiving practices, procedures, and requirements are followed.
• Assist with and provide input to the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up.
• May operate passenger vehicles to transport materials on company property.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience OR a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain a Security Clearance if required.
• Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements.
• Inventory and/or Receiving operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
