Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage documents for accuracy, including dates, times, locations, and counts.
• Update operational/customer transportation data in software systems and applications.
• Utilize databases and logs to locate and verify information.
• Manage forms, labels, billing, invoices, and related documents for timely processing.
• Track orders and information through systems and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in identifying potential operational or service concerns and notify appropriate co-workers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to enter, review, and verify documentation and information.
• Ability to prepare logs, reports, and documents.
