About the position

The Supply Chain Operations Specialist II at CEVA Logistics plays a crucial role in providing operational support within the supply chain environment. Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with account management and maintaining customer profiles.
• Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, billing, and services, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Interface with carriers to track shipments and understand operational requirements.
• Manage and verify the accuracy of various operational documents and data.
• Update operational/customer data in software systems and identify potential service concerns.
• Utilize databases to locate and verify operational information.
• Track orders and assist with tracing shipments as needed.
• Create and process invoices, ensuring operational accuracy and addressing customer payment questions.
• Run and summarize operational reports, presenting information to supervisors as needed.
• Prepare information for quotes and address potential service needs, providing standard to complex quotes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and operational information.
• Understanding of providers, carriers, and services in supply chain environments.
