Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with account management and maintaining customer profiles.
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, and services, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Interface with carriers to understand requirements and track shipments, managing various documents for accuracy.
• Update operational/customer data in software systems, identifying and communicating potential operational concerns.
• Track orders and shipments, assisting with tracing as needed, and creating and processing invoices for operational accuracy.
• Run and summarize operational reports, presenting information to co-workers or supervisors as needed.
• Prepare information for quotes and address potential services, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and track shipments.
