About the position

The Supply Chain Operations Specialist II at CEVA Logistics plays a crucial role in providing operational support within the supply chain environment. This position focuses on data reporting, analysis, and transportation operations, ensuring superior supply chain services through effective communication and relationship management with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers and assist with account management.
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, and services.
• Interface with carriers to understand requirements and track shipments.
• Manage various documents for accuracy and update operational/customer data in software systems.
• Utilize databases to locate and verify operational information.
• Track orders and assist with tracing shipments as needed.
• Create and process invoices, ensuring operational accuracy and addressing customer inquiries.
• Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and preparing information for quotes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and operational information.
• Ability to track and trace shipments.
