Responsibilities

• Serves as a lead to staff and provides specialized support in supply chain operations.
• Prioritizes and assigns work, ensuring staff are trained and operations are accurate.
• Assists with processing services and customer service commitments according to company policies.
• Addresses sensitive customer inquiries regarding shipments, billing, and services.
• Tracks orders and assists with tracing shipments, including sensitive and international operations.
• Runs and analyzes complex operational reports, presenting information as needed.
• Prepares information for quotes and addresses potential service needs.
• Communicates with customers, carriers, and providers on various operational issues.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and maintains a safe work environment.
• Develops relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with account management.

Requirements

• 5 years of specialized logistics or related operations support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Specialized knowledge of operational and support principles in supply chain environments.
