About the position

The Supply Chain Planning Analyst at ARLANXEO is responsible for overseeing Demand Replenishment Planning (DRP) for assigned product lines, managing inventory for imported products, and ensuring timely order approvals for North American orders. This role requires collaboration with various teams to maintain allocation controls and communicate effectively about product availability and shortages. The position operates on a hybrid schedule and reports directly to the Integrated Supply Planning Manager for North America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Demand Replenishment Planning (DRP) for assigned product line(s).
• Manage inventory of imported products and maintain allocation controls.
• Provide timely order approvals for North American orders within assigned product line(s).
• Develop replenishment plans with the Master Scheduler and order imported material.
• Use forecasts to manage import planning and inventory balances.
• Coordinate timely availability of imported products and communicate shortages/delays with Sales & Customer Service.
• Determine availability of material upon un-forecasted customer demand.
• Release customer orders and ensure business continuity through risk assessments.
• Maintain supply/demand tools for visibility of product line health and decision-making.
• Provide monthly reporting on inventory days on hand for product line(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply-chain or supply-chain adjacent role.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at appropriate levels.
• Eager to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and behavior.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
