About the position

The Supply Chain Process & Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer experience quality and cost-to-serve through global and regional initiatives. This role involves leading and participating in projects aimed at improving system and process effectiveness, including training for end-users. The specialist may focus on Customer Services or Logistics & Distribution and may also take on leadership responsibilities within the regional SC CXE team.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve break/fix and system enhancement issues.
  • Develop and improve processes related to supply chain operations.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvements.
  • Understand and align with Customer Experience (CE) and Customer Experience Excellence (CXE) strategies.
  • Lead the regional SC CXE team and coordinate programs effectively.
  • Coordinate e-business initiatives and training programs.
  • Manage analytics program coordination.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' experience in Customer Service or Logistics & Distribution.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP system and SD module.
  • Understanding of the Order-to-Deliver process.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Invoice-to-Cash process.
  • Advanced project management and change management skills.
  • Proven leadership in completing regional projects or process improvements.
  • Systematic and end-to-end problem-solving approach.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2-3 years' experience in a people leadership role.
  • Experience in a related supply chain discipline.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP MM module.
  • Understanding of the Contract-to-Price process.
  • Familiarity with the Procure-to-Pay process.
  • Knowledge of the Plan-to-Produce process.
  • Experience or certification in LEAN and Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated CE leadership competencies.
  • Flexibility to work late when needed.
  • Willingness to accept assignments based on business requirements.
