About the position

The Supply Chain Product Manager at Kimberly-Clark is responsible for driving value creation in Supply Chain systems by aligning business objectives with customer needs. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful implementation of the SMOM platform to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and communicate a strategic roadmap that meets the needs of the organization and its users.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SMOM technical domain.
  • Define success metrics and track progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide cross-functional leadership between engineering teams, logistics, and support.
  • Communicate the product roadmap and keep stakeholders informed of updates.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop a dynamic roadmap based on stakeholder insights.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle, including requests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Represent the needs of NA Supply Chain to Global Product Teams.
  • Drive adoption of enhancements through user feedback sessions and training support.
  • Develop and manage communication channels to identify potential demand and create business cases.
  • Anticipate changes in customer needs and adapt the product accordingly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience or 5+ years in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with SMOM or MES functionality.
  • Prior experience understanding data structures of SMOM.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, including vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a global, highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods company.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and market analysis.
  • Experience identifying goals and metrics to measure value at scale.
  • Familiarity with high-value use cases for data and database structures.
