About the position

The Supply Chain Product Manager for SAP EWM & Automation is responsible for driving value creation in Supply Chain systems by aligning business objectives with customer needs. This role involves leading the technical representation for Supply Chain, collaborating across functions, and translating business objectives into actionable capabilities. The Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP EWM and Automation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SAP EWM and Automation technical systems domains.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership between engineering teams, logistics, and support.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop a living roadmap based on stakeholder insights.
  • Understand the intersection of NA Supply Chain objectives with user needs and priorities.
  • Document success criteria through User Personas, Use Cases, and Case Studies.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle, including requests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Represent NA Supply Chain needs to Global Product Teams with overlapping use cases.
  • Drive adoption of enhancements through user feedback sessions and training support.
  • Develop and manage communication channels and stakeholder groups to identify demand and create business cases.
  • Anticipate changes in customer/user needs and adapt products accordingly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, or 5+ years in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM functionality.
  • Prior experience understanding data structures of SAP EWM.
  • Experience with Automation systems integration (Dematic, E80 and/or Wapiti).
  • Experience with product life cycle management, including vision, strategy, and prioritization.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership, influence, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a global, highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods company.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and market analysis.
  • Experience identifying goals, metrics, and analytics for large-scale measurement.
  • Familiarity with championing high-value use cases for data.
